Purification principle

Its basic principle is to use the contact between the gas and the liquid, and transports pollutants in gas to the liquid, and then separates clean gas from contaminated liquid to achieve the purpose of cleaning air.
After the particulate pollutants contacting with the detergent, the droplets or the liquid membranes diffuse onto the airflow particles or humidify the particles, so that the particles can be separated and removed by means of gravity and the inertia force. The Gaseous pollutants are transported into washing liquids through the transfer such as turbulence, molecular diffusion, equal mass transfer, and chemical reaction and other phenomena to separate them from the incoming gas. The chemical substances also can be added to the washing liquid to control odorous substances by absorption.
The exhaust gas passes through the scrubber, and the gas-producing liquid is treated by the mode of reverse adsorption--The liquid is sprayed downward from the top of the tower in the form of fog (or small droplets of water). The exhaust gas is conversely flowing from the bottom of the tower to achieve the purpose of gas-liquid contact. This treatment method can cool waste gas temperature, gas conditioning, and particles removal, and then discharged into the atmosphere after treatment of the defogging section.
